Hi neighbors. Thanks for visiting.
As a board, we felt it would be helpful to build this website with the intention of providing the relevant information about our neighborhood in a collected and efficient way.
We're on nextdoor.com, but we've found that website can be noisy and impersonal. We wanted to provide something more targeted and personal.
Since moving my family to this neighborhood in 2007, I've seen neighbors come and go, but what has been consistent is the quality of our people, and the care they put into their homes and this neighborhood. It's something to be proud of, and our goal is to keep advancing in this direction.
Below is some detail about what this website provides. If you think of anything beyond what's here now, don't hesitate to reach out and share it with us.

HOA Covenants and Bylaws: These documents outline the regulations and restrictions that govern the community. It's important to familiarize yourself with these guidelines to avoid any violations or conflicts that may arise.
Contact Information: In case of any maintenance issues, concerns, or queries, it's important to have easy access to the contact information of the volunteer HOA board members. This ensures that any issues can be addressed promptly.
Architectural Guidelines: If you are planning on making any changes to the exterior of your property, such as landscaping modifications or painting your home, you will need to adhere to the architectural guidelines, and request board approvals prior to the work commencing. These guidelines help maintain the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.
Neighborhood Events and News: While the website may not include an event calendar (yet), it's helpful to stay informed about any upcoming neighborhood events, meetings, or updates. This can help you get involved in community initiatives and connect with your neighbors. By staying informed and actively participating in the community, you can contribute to creating a positive living environment for yourself and your neighbors. Whether it's following the HOA guidelines, or staying updated on neighborhood news, being an informed homeowner can only help us all.
Thanks,
Scot Copeland
